Ikai Yoga is a yoga training school in Rishikesh, sharing with its’ students the ways of the mystic arts of yoga. Yoga is a practice embedded deep within the heritage and history of India and mastery over the subject is known to perhaps a chosen few. We are lucky to host such gurus of the art amidst us, and it is with the vision of these great ones that we intend to share and further the knowledge of yoga to all our students and make the world a better place with yoga in it.

Yoga will take you on an unknown plane of spirituality and transform your whole being with the help of sadhana or meditation.  Our teaching and training courses are all certified, and we host a good number of local as well as international students throughout the year. We also organize global retreats and training courses. Our courses are divided into three parts- 100, 200, 300, and 500 hour Yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh. We conduct all these from our center in Rishikesh. While the 100-hour teacher training course and the 200-hour course are well-suited for beginners and intermediate students, the 300-hour course is to attain complete mastery over the subject and to become a yogi yourself. We also organize various other programs and events like bhajans and kirtan ceremonies, dance and music concerts, mudra classes, shastra classes, lectures, and classical dance teachings.
