About the Program:

Yoga Teacher Training in India by Shwaasa is conducted in three segments- 200, 300, and 500 Hour Yoga TTC. 200 and 300 Hour YTTC are the basic and advanced versions of the training respectively, whereas the latter one is an amalgamation of the both. These training programs are common in one aspect that they comprise of traditional Yoga teachings. Let’s have a look at the main highlights of the program:

• Training of the Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga styles.
• Pranayama series in detail to connect the mind, body, and soul through the act of breathing.
• Study of the eight limbs of the human body, as mentioned in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali during Yoga Anatomy classes.
• Meditation classes to attain peace and mental harmony.
• Improvement in asanas with Adjustment and Alignment.
• Mantra Chanting sessions to connect the body, mind, and soul through the pranic force.
• Teaching Methodology sessions to acquire the properties of a great Yoga teacher.
• Satsang and Fire ceremony are organized to attain spiritual harmony.

Food and Accommodation

Shwaasa Yoga Center is ardent to provide a healthy and hygienic food and housing. We offer meals three times a day that are fully vegetarian and freshly-sourced from the highly fertile land of India. We have an experienced group of chefs who prepare the meals with utmost care and love. We believe in offering an ashram-type accommodation to our students. Every room is embellished with modern amenities like twin-beds, TV, fan, geyser, etc., and is spacious and airy. We are located in the very soothing and yogic locations — Rishikesh and Kerala. Nature’s enrapturing magic can be glanced from the private balconies or by sitting in the gardens.
