Designed in Laurie Baker style of construction, this villa is built on wire-cut bricks. It is Eco-friendly because it does not require constant painting after every Kerala monsoon. Wood and tiles from old Kerala homes have been used inventively. Solar panels tap into a green source of energy. The canal has been lined with vet over grass rather than cement as it is a natural bonding agent. Old doors have been recycled to create cupboards in rooms. It is aneco-sensitive design throughout.
